PROGRAM DELIVERY

The New Leaders Program comprises eight (8) modules delivered over 16 weeks. The program is highly personalised and delivered one-on-one with your program leader. 

Frequency: One hour per week delivered online via video call. Each session is broken into focused segments that can include interactive learning, practical exercises, and role-playing scenarios. This schedule ensures participants can absorb and apply the material at a manageable pace while maintaining their professional commitments.

PROGRAM OUTLINE

Module 1: Introduction to Leadership Communication
This module examines the communication responsibilities associated with senior roles, where clarity, consistency, and credibility are essential. It sets the foundation for using communication as a tool to lead teams, influence stakeholders and drive outcomes.

Module 2: Communicating as a Leader
Focuses on shaping a leadership communication style that reflects personal values and organisational goals. Participants refine how they present themselves, both verbally and non-verbally, so that their voice is clear, purposeful, and aligned with the expectations of those they lead and represent.

Module 3: Mastering Internal Communication
Strong internal communication isn’t just about messaging: it’s about building a culture of trust, performance and accountability. This module explains how to create alignment, drive engagement, manage team dynamics, and foster a culture where effective communication strengthens relationships and yields results.

Module 4: Communicating Vision and Strategy with Impact
A compelling vision means little if it isn’t clearly understood. This module provides practical tools to translate vision and strategy into clear, consistent messages that resonate across the organisation, so people feel connected, confident, and mobilised.

Module 5: Non-Verbal Communication in High-Stakes Settings
How you communicate when you’re not speaking can influence how your message is received. This module focuses on using tone, posture, expression and silence to convey presence, authority and credibility, especially in high-pressure or high-visibility settings.

Module 6: Written Communication
In executive settings, written communication shapes perception. This module focuses on composing sharp, purposeful communication for internal and external audiences, whether briefing a board, motivating a team, or navigating sensitive issues, while striking the right tone and level of detail.

Module 7: Managing Difficult Conversations 
Tough conversations are inevitable in senior roles. This module explores how to navigate high-stakes discussions, whether managing underperformance, resolving conflict, or negotiating with partners, with clarity, control and a focus on constructive outcomes.

Module 8: Communicating with Boards and Executive Teams
Senior decisions often hinge on your ability to influence at the highest levels. Learn how to craft persuasive, data-informed messages that gain buy-in, advocate effectively for resources, and align decision-makers around key priorities.
